My name's Christine Ma and I am a fellow graduate from the Culinary Institute of America in
Napa from the Accelerated Culinary Arts Program, while also having
graduated from Boston University with a Bachelors in the Science of
Hospitality Administration. Using all of my past experiences, I use the knowledge I've gained from school and from my various kitchen jobs from catering to the restaurant to the corporate office to create or adapt recipes I find. Many of the dishes on my blog were found on the internet; I simply revise, edit, and make adjustments to these recipes and help clarify any steps that I can. That's what this blog is here for, to show you how to adapt these recipes to your own!
